INTERPRETATION OF LOGO

The stripes on the top symbolize the braided hair, a distinctive characteristic of the black people. The black color symbolizes the African origin, the red color symbolizes sacrifice, the yellow color symbolizes renewal and the green color represents the connection with nature.

NATIONAL PLATFORM OF BLACK PEOPLE OF HONDURAS (PLANAPONH) was born out of the need for Afro-ethnic inclusion, participation and representation in socio-political spaces within the framework of a true alliance and national integration dialogue . For this, this safe and interactive virtual space was created where our members can discuss ideas, post questions and share their knowledge with others.
